HOW IT WORKS

Fill New Client Application
Your client application provides us with important details we need to see which program fits you the best!

Receive Offer Video
Once we receive your client application, we will review your information; and then send you a video going over you our programs and their detailed breakdown.

Choose Your Program
After reviewing your program offer video, you will select which program fits you the best and receive your kickoff payment! Your paid invoice will kick off your onboarding process where we bring you into the community, app, platform, and account - getting you set up for success to crush your program!
4.
Start Your Journey

During your onboarding process your coach will build out your program design, while getting you everything you need. The onboarding process usually takes 3-5 business days. After everything is set, you will watch your program kick off video, and be ready to officially start your journey!

ZACK
As a former collegiate football player, 4-year starter and National Champion, I never had trouble navigating through the weight room. Everything was mapped out for me with scheduled lifts, mealtimes and therapy. All I had to do was roll out of bed and do it. After graduating I found that all that scheduling that was done for me was gone and I had to just figure it out while balancing true adulthood, well until I found Zach Downs.
He has made everything super simple for me. He measures my body comp and tells me how much of what to eat…and then just like in college... I roll out of bed and just do it. Honestly, I had my doubts while doing it, but I figured if I didn’t get the results, then I could just blame Zach for having me do things that didn’t work. Turns out that he knows what he is talking about!

ASHLEE
I started working with Zach after college when I transitioned from being a collegiate track sprinter and long jumper, to competing at the Elite level of Spartan OCR (obstacle course racing). Once I started working with Zach, I realized I was not eating enough food to build muscle or fuel the long and intense training I do for my races.
I started counting my macros and realized how much more I needed to eat to make sure I had the energy I needed to get everything out of each workout, as well as continue to build muscle. Over time, I noticed my energy levels increased so much more because I was fueling my body with enough food. I’ve had some of my best training days -as well as races with a few podium finishes - after I started working with Zach and better fueling my bod
